Our office attempts to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. Preschool children should be seen in the morning because they are fresher and we can work more slowly with the child for their comfort. School aged children for routine visits can be scheduled throughout the day.
Sedation appointments are scheduled in only in the morning.
Our afternoon appointments are for routine visits and older children requiring minor dental treatment.
We require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. This includes deductibles
and co-insurance. We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. We also take Care Credit.
For patients that require dental treatment, we compile a treatment plan. Our treatment coordinator will review the recommended treatment and the estimation of your dental insurance reimbursement.
Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan which fits your timetable and budget, and gives your child
the best possible care.
Dr. Caroline and her team love working with children and are dedicated to great dental experiences.
We, along with the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,
recommend you bring your child in by his or her first birthday.
During your first visit, you will be introduced to our Pediatric Dental Team, given an office tour and and given an opportunity to discuss your child's unique smile and ways to keep it beautiful for years to come.
Depending on the age of your child, he or she will either be given a knee-to-knee examination (where your baby’s head will rest on our doctor’s knee while their body is on your lap) or a regular exam in the doctor’s chair.
We request that you complete our First Visit Forms prior to arriving for your appointment. This helps our office keep your and everyone else’ scheduled visit on time.
Oral hygiene instructions will also be given with suggestions to help your child care for their own teeth. In most cases, we will also clean their teeth on this visit, and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems and proposed treatment.
First Visit forms will be emailed to you when you make your child's appointment.

What is a Pediatric Dentist?
A Pediatric Dentist, like Dr. Caroline, is a specialist dedicated to the oral health of children and the monitoring of their facial growth and development. Our office is designed for treating children from infancy through adolescence, as well as the medically and the physically compromised. In our opinion, taking your child to see a pediatric dental specialist is as important as taking them to see a pediatrician.
What is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist?
When a Pediatric Dentist is Board Certified it means that the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry or ABPD certifies that the dental care being provided is based on standards of excellence that lead to high quality oral health care for infants, children, adolescents and patients with special health care needs. Certification by the ABPD provides assurance to the public that a Pediatric Dentist like Dr. Caroline have successfully completed accredited training and a voluntary examination process designed to continually validate the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to the delivery of quality patient care.

"From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted with smiles. The front desk staff is beyond amazing. They are friendly and efficient; we didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes.
When it was time for us to go back, we were greeted by Ms. Laura, she was soooo sweet to my daughter. This was my daughters first time at the dentist, and she went above and beyond to make sure that she was comfortable, my daughter took to her immediately. After Ms. Laura was done taking my daughters x-rays we met Dr. Caroline and she exceeded my expectations. She was very personable and just as amazing as her staff. You can tell everyone that works here really enjoys what they do. There was not one staff member that walked past me and didn't speak. The office is beautiful, and so are the staff.
I'm so lucky I found this place, it's so hard to find great doctors for kids."

"I love this dentist and her staff!!! They have such loving spirits. My kids were not bored and the place is so clean. My son is autistic and they showed him so much care and compassion. We are definitely here to stay. It is so nice to find awesome professionals such as these. They did not just treat us with kindness but as I watched I could see that everyone that walked in was treated the same. I would 100% recommend this dentist"
